Travis Hartman is a Senior Operations Research Analyst for CANA Advisors. He has 20 years of experience as a U.S. Navy Officer and ten years as an operations research analyst. Currently, he is responsible for sourcing and transforming data as well as designing a code base to build and test a mixed-integer linear program to improve operational planning for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. He has experience leading analyses, developing software and models, munging data, and collaborating with large mission-focused teams. He is also a published author as well as a speaker at multiple Military Operations Research Society Symposiums.
