Ms. Anna Sterrett is the Director of Business and People Operations for CANA.  Ms. Sterrett is responsible for managing internal business capabilities and developing CANA’s people strategy across the company.  She provides oversight and supervision to the Business Operations Team, as well as promotes and supports personnel management through resourcing, recruiting, reporting, and retention.

Ms. Sterrett has over 25 years of experience within the behavioral health, education,  and managed care fields.  Prior to joining the CANA Team, she was an Education Director for a not-for-profit agency, which serves underprivileged and disadvantaged children and adolescents.  Within that role, Ms. Sterrett was directly involved with program expansion, development of the clinical model, and project lead for the internship program, training and development, and trauma-sensitive classrooms.  She was the lead to ensure quality control and regulatory compliance with the Department of Human Services, Pennsylvania Department of Education, the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, and The Joint Commission.

Ms. Sterrett also owned her own private practice, where she provided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to adults and adolescents.  She specialized in treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Mood Disorders, Behavioral Disorders, and marital and family conflict.  Ms. Sterrett was solely responsible for the growth and development of her practice.  She was actively involved in a local business networking chapter to not only market her practice, but also build solid business relationships within the community.  She was voted in as chapter president for a term, and was nominated for the Athena Award in 2014, which recognizes and honors professionals committed to assisting women attaining professional excellence and leadership skills.
