Q: What is your event refund policy?
A: CANA Advisors makes all reasonable effort to refund registered attendees for CANA Advisors run events based upon the following criteria;

If cancel within 30 days of course, participant will receive a full refund.

If cancel within 15 days of course, participant will receive 50% refund or the option to register for another CANA course offering and credit the amount paid to the new course.

If cancel up to the day of course, participant will have the option to register for another CANA course offering and credit the amount paid to the new course; no refund is available.

In the event the course is cancelled by CANA Advisors, a full refund will be given.
CANA Advisors reserves the right to make exceptions to its refund policy, and at all times, CANA Advisors will work with the participants to accommodate any special circumstances which may arise.
